Carrier construction production refers to the process of producing and assembling the elements that form the basic carrier structures of buildings in the solar energy sector. This process includes the girths, beams, purlins and fasteners of a facility. Load-bearing construction is a fundamental component of a structure that ensures its durability, safety and stability.
Production of load-bearing construction may include the following steps:
→ Material Selection: For the production of the load-bearing elements of the building, materials of quality appropriate to the static calculation are selected.
→ Production: Based on the selected materials, carrier elements are produced. This production is carried out in our facility using appropriate machines and methods.
→ Quality control: Input quality control is carried out before the production phase, dimension checks are carried out during the production phase, and after the galvanizing process, dimension checks and coating thickness value measurements are performed again.
→ Assembly: Installation is carried out by expert personnel in accordance with the static project.
